Agate Construction successfully completed the construction of the 80,000-square-foot service facility, including a two-story parking structure. This phased project included the demolition of the existing 30,000-square-foot service department. We had many challenges to overcome working in and around a fully operational automotive dealership, but our Team’s fortitude, combined with the patience and daily communication with a great client, delivered the project within budget and without compromising quality or safety.
