Rick Nichols, Principal and CEO, brings over 30 years of passionate and adaptive leadership to his role at AGATE CONSTRUCTION. With a proven
record of business development and growth across an array of commercial and industrial segments, Rick has been instrumental in the
evolution and expansion of Agate Construction since becoming an owner in 2017. His extensive background incorporates a deep
understanding of international business, having lead operations in over 100 countries. Rick possess the ability to deliver value creation through
the development of a brand and the associated client base, as well as the development of new products and the optimization of operational
procedures.

Rick’s career began at AlliedSignal, followed by 10 years with the Terex Corporation. As President of Terex Cranes and Materials Processing
and Mining, he had responsibility for over $2.3 billion in annual sales. He has a down to earth demeanor, and a gift for understanding and
motivating people. Rick is as comfortable in a board room as he is on the shop floor.
