The project consisted of the design and construction of a 17,000-square-foot manufacturing facility consisting of a pre-engineered metal building, structural concrete, and concrete masonry units with significant site work, utilities, and paving. The project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule and $230,000 under budget and was built on a continuously operating manufacturing campus that ran 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
