The project consisted of the design and construction of a 17,000-square-foot manufacturing facility consisting of a pre-engineered metal building, structural concrete, and concrete masonry units with significant site work, utilities, and paving. The project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule and $230,000 under budget and was built on a continuously operating manufacturing campus that ran 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Falco Aluminum Manufacturing Facility
Falco’s manufacturing facility, spanning 25,000 square feet on the Gila River Indian Community, embodies a fusion of functionality and architectural sophistication. As a design-build project, it showcases Agate’s dedication to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Employing the Design-Assist Guaranteed Maximum Price, CM@R delivery method, Agate ensured efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout the construction processes. The project includes comprehensive infrastructure work, seamless integration of mechanical and safety systems, and innovative architectural enhancements. The facility features a 61′-3″ tall pre-engineered metal building with three overhead bridge cranes, harmonizing form and function. On seven acres of site development, Agate incorporated drilled pier and grade beam structural foundations, solidifying the facility’s commitment to structural excellence with a substantial concrete slab capable of supporting two manufacturing presses.
