Las Vegas Paver Manufacturing Facility
The project consisted of the design and construction of a 17,000-square-foot manufacturing facility consisting of a pre-engineered metal building, structural concrete, and concrete masonry units with significant site work, utilities, and paving. The project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule and $230,000 under budget and was built on a continuously operating manufacturing campus that ran 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Chapman Automotive Group Corporate Headquarters
The new Corporate HQ for Chapman Automotive Group was performed in four phases. The first phase included a 25,000-square-foot remodel of interior finishes and lights in the office’s general areas. Phase 2 included an approximate 30,000-square-foot remodel of the offices and interior finishes and lights. Phase 3 was a complete replacement of the exterior glass and glazing system of the front of the building. Phase 4 was a 4,000-square-foot remodel of the first floor where all the CAG Officers now sit.
