Agate worked with Chapman Auto Group to modernize and expand their showroom at the Bell Road Hyundai dealership. The challenge was to seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality, creating an inviting space that enhances the overall customer experience. Agate Construction undertook the expansion of the Chapman Ford Service Center on the Salt River Pima – Maricopa Indian Community (SRP-MIC). The project entailed the construction of a new 2,507 square-foot addition characterized by cement masonry CMU walls, incorporating an Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) with integral color. The roofing system employed Polyglass technology, featuring over two inches of mechanically fastened polyisocyanurate insulation, accompanied by roof cap flashing. The structural elements of the project also encompassed the installation of two-man doors and four Hi-Speed Rytech rolling doors, contributing to the overall functionality and aesthetic of the expanded facility.
