Twice a year, the entire Agate Family gathers to “tap the brakes” on our job sites and our Steel Fabrication Facility for a Safety Stand Down!! This “Safety is Our Priority!” focused event is a key component of our mission to maintain our impressive .61 EMR (Experience Modification Rate) and keep our Team aware and up-to-date with important policies and procedures, ensuring that all of the Agate Team Members understand and recognize that nothing is more important than the safety of our Team Members while working in our corporate office, on our job sites, and in our fabrication facility. This meeting, which was conducted at the Chapman Ford Pro Elite jobsite, featured guest speaker, Ryan Raymond, who spoke on the topic of Type Two Hard Hats, as well as Agate Team Members speaking about emergency response protocols, company vehicle safety and more!
